The code is sent automatically within minutes of the consultation to the mobile number provided at reception. Check that you entered the correct number. If it hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, contact the secretariat at +41 21 510 31 31 — we will resend it immediately.

Does the SMS code expire?

The code is valid for 72 hours from sending. After this time, you can request a new one by contacting the secretariat. Portal access remains active for the entire duration of your clinical journey.

Where is my medical data stored?

All data is stored exclusively on Swiss servers (Infomaniak, Geneva). It is never shared with third parties or marketing agencies. Processing is fully compliant with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) and the European GDPR.

What does the Foresight AI simulation contain?
